Photos from my Nikon D5 with a 70-200 mm lens. It was hit & miss as I was too far up and in some cases the protective netting got in the way but I like how most of these came out, especially the Nic Dowd goal celebration. It was also hat night so shooting around folks wearing hats was tricky but post processing I was able to crop well and the pictures came out fine.
It has been awhile since I brought in my camera. Maybe I'll try again in March if I can find a reasonably priced ticket in the 200's or lower bowl. Since this *could be* Alex Ovechkin's last season, ticket prices are going to go up as the regular season winds down. I really had fun doing this.
