June's been an exciting month. Ben graduated Kindergarten, we celebrated Father's Day and cousin Caleb's first birthday. Ben also returned to his old day care for their Summer Camp program and so far has been to the zoo, a laser tag arena, bowling, the movies and a water park. He is also completing his math workbook he needs to hand in when he enters first grade at the end of the Summer.

I started this blog almost seven years ago and one of the reasons was to have a place to record Ben's milestones such as Kindergarten graduation.

It's hard to believe Weena and I have a First grader now. Seems like yesterday Ben was born. He did very well in school this year and everyone is very proud of him.

We had a great celebration today so enjoy the pictures.

Father Jim addresses the children. It was his last Children's Mass as he will be assigned to another church at the end of June. Ben and Father Jim have bonded over the years and we will definitely miss him.

Ben's Final Spring Soccer Game

This past Saturday was Ben's last Spring soccer game. I didn't have my usual lens as I was coming straight from a work event but I thought I did pretty well with what I had. Ben's team struggled most of the season but they managed to close out the season on a good note as they won. Next Fall we'll be back. Ben really loves the sport and I can't believe he just completed his fourth Spring season.
